Our Story

How We Got Started

Event Parteez began as a grassroots initiative by Village Family, aimed at addressing the urgent needs of hunger and cultural isolation in Norfolk, Virginia. Originating from humble beginnings with a donated pantry space at the First Calvary Baptist Church, our mission was simple: provide nourishment and foster a sense of belonging. Our founders recognized the power of combining hunger relief with cultural events to bring people together, enriching lives through food, art, and education.

Today, Event Parteez stands as a vibrant pillar of the community, having expanded beyond initial expectations.
